About this product
The Evolution S28MAG is an industrial magnetic drill with a 10 A, 120 V motor running at 450 RPM and an annular cutting capacity of 1-1/8 in. (28 mm). It comes in a carry case with a coolant system, a safety strap and three feed handles.
Strong magnetic hold
The magnet holds with 2,860 lbf of adhesion, so the drill stays firmly in place on steel. The minimum plate thickness is 3/8 in.
Cutting capacity
Use annular cutters up to 1-1/8 in. (28 mm) with a maximum cutting depth of 2 in. and a 3/4 in. cutter shank. Standard twist drills up to 1/2 in. also fit.
Coolant and control
A simple coolant system helps keep the workpiece cool while you drill, and the three feed handles give you control as you lower the drill onto the work.
Ready to carry
At 26 lb and supplied in a carry case, it is easy to move from the workshop to the job site. The annular cutter is not included, so add the cutter you need when you order.
