The Milwaukee M18 FUEL 2788-22HD Lineman Magnetic Drill Kit is a cordless magnetic drill for work where a cord is a nuisance: line work, steel erection, maintenance and remote sites.
Brushless power without the cord
A POWERSTATE brushless motor drives annular cutters up to 1-1/2 in. The M18 REDLITHIUM HIGH OUTPUT XC8.0 battery is rated for over 66 holes of 13/16 in. per charge, and Milwaukee states it delivers 50% more power and runs 50% cooler than REDLITHIUM XC batteries.
Permanent magnet, built-in protection
The permanent magnet base holds without electricity. AutoStop detects lift-off, and the REDLINK PLUS intelligence system protects the tool and battery under load.

The M18 battery is compatible with more than 200 M18 tools, so you can share one battery platform across your whole tool kit.
